We prepare the two types of risk prevention plans required in the Republic of Panamaaccording to the guidelines required by the Social Security Fund through Resolution No. 45,588-2011; and the requirements typified in articles 13, 14 and 22 of Executive Decree No. 2 of construction.

CONTENT OF THE SAFETY, HEALTH AND HYGIENE PLAN -BUILDING
The contents of the plan are regulated in accordance with thearticles 13, 14 and 22of Executive Decree No. 2 of the Construction Industry. The three articles title the documents inHygiene, Health and Safety Study; Safety Plan and Management System of the Safety, Health and Hygiene Plan(respectively). The preparation time and budget will be determined by the scope of the work, location, construction processes, number of collaborators and the process of presenting the document before the authority of the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development (MITRADEL).
